Ingrid

Ingrid Components (Ingrid srl) is a boutique Italian drivetrain maker based in Fossombrone, in the province of Pesaro e Urbino (Marche). Since 2015 the workshop has machined super-light cassettes and cranksets from solid billet, and it has grown into one of the very few brands in the world offering a complete, 100% made-in-Italy mechanical drivetrain as a niche alternative to the big three. Every part is CNC-machined in-house from 7075-T6 and 2024 aluminium alloys and hardened steels, then assembled and sold as individually replaceable pieces, so a groupset can be rebuilt indefinitely rather than thrown away. The philosophy is unashamedly artisanal: small production runs, obsessive attention to finish and tolerances, mechanical (never electronic) shifting, and cross-compatibility with Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo ecosystems through simple swappable parts. The result is jewel-like, serviceable hardware built to last a lifetime.
