Pirelli
Pirelli & C. S.p.A. is an Italian tyre manufacturer founded in Milan in 1872 by Giovanni Battista Pirelli, best known for its automotive and motorsport tyres. The company returned to the bicycle market in 2017 with the P Zero Velo road range, later widened to gravel, mountain bike and electric bike tyres under the Cinturato and Scorpion names. Its bicycle tyres are developed at the group's research centre in Milan and use compounds derived from its motorsport work, such as the SmartNET Silica compound.
