Wippermann
Wippermann jr. GmbH is a German chain manufacturer based in Hagen, North Rhine-Westphalia, founded by Wilhelm Wippermann in 1893. Alongside industrial roller chains it produces bicycle chains under the Connex name, which are made in Germany. Connex chains cover drivetrains from single-speed and hub-gear use up to 12-speed derailleur systems, and are supplied with the reusable Connex Link master link, which can be opened and closed without tools.
