Top-end MTB hydraulic brake from the Avid Elixir family, launched for the 2012 model year. 2 pistons, DOT 5.1 fluid, post mount fitting. Lever with carbon blade, reach adjustment and contact point adjustment both tool-free, 'Air Trap' master cylinder with repositioned bleed port. Measured weight 209 g (front) / 228 g (rear), lever + caliper without rotor. Dropped from the catalogue around 2014 in favour of the SRAM Guide range.
