The Hiddenset is Campagnolo integrated headset of the 2000s (shown here in its Record-level version), designed to sit inside a frame milled head tube rather than using external pressed cups. Built for 1-1/8 inch threadless steerers, it follows the Campagnolo IS-CA integrated standard: bearing seats machined directly into a 42 mm inside-diameter head tube (the IS42 family), with 1/8 inch caged steel ball bearings top and bottom and a 30.0 mm crown race. The aluminium unit weighs about 75 g and is completed by a compression top cap; a TTC (Tall Top Cap) variant reduces the need for spacers. It requires a frame purpose-built for integrated headsets and a smooth-column fork with a clamp-on stem. Campagnolo did not publish a precise launch year on the sources consulted; the product belongs to the post-2000 threadless integrated era.
