The Record 1-1/8 inch threadless headset is Campagnolo external-cup aheadset-style headset for unthreaded 1-1/8 inch fork steerers, distinct from the frame-integrated Hiddenset. It uses conventional pressed-in external cups to the EC34 standard (33.9 mm head-tube seats) with a 30.0 mm crown race and a serviceable caged 1/8 inch steel ball bearing running in steel cups, topped by a light alloy adjustment/compression cap for fast, sensitive adjustment.
