Ride 50 Evation

Launched in 2018, the Evation was Fazua's very first system: a removable motor-and-battery drivepack (1.94 kg) housed at the bottom bracket, pioneering light assistance for electric road, gravel and mountain bikes. The whole unit could be taken out of the frame entirely to ride the bike as a non-assisted machine around 4.5 kg heavier. It delivered 55 Nm of torque, 250 W of continuous rated power and up to 400 W peak at 36 V, defining the light e-bike category before being replaced by the Ride 60. Its modular, discreet architecture inspired a whole generation of compact motors.
