The Fox 32 opens the era of Fox Racing Shox mountain bike forks. Built around 32 mm stanchions, it popularised the Float air spring which, from 2001, launched Fox suspension and redefined lightness in cross-country. This FIT RLC cartridge generation (low-speed compression, lever lockout, adjustable rebound) established itself as the benchmark among the light XC forks of the late 2000s, offered in 80, 100 and 120 mm of travel for 26-inch wheels.
