The Peak SL is Goodyear's cross-country race mountain bike tire, introduced in 2023 as the lighter and faster sibling of the Peak. Its low-profile, closely spaced tread is drawn for modern World Cup courses, and an M:Wall sidewall layer adds support and cut protection without much weight. The Dynamic:A/T compound is shared with the rest of the range. It comes as a Tubeless Ready version and as a lighter Race Tubeless Complete version, in 29x2.25 and in a 29x2.4 carcass for riders who want more volume, with black or transparent sidewalls and weights of 680 to 775 g.
