Aluminium rim 25 mm wide and 24 mm deep, the widened version of HED's Belgium C2, sold on its own for custom builds. The wide section takes 23 to 58 mm tyres and inflates them 2 to 4 mm wider than marked, on a tubeless-compatible bed with a welded joint and drilling straight down the centreline. HED offered it with a machined braking track and in a disc version, in 700c and 650b, from 20 to 32 holes depending on the variant. It has since given way to the Belgium R.
