The Python 3 is the third generation of Hutchinson's Python mountain bike tyre, introduced in 2024 for modern cross-country and trail use. Racing Lab versions carry bead-to-bead Hardskin protection, the centre band has been widened, and the tread is moulded either in Race Ripost XC or in a bi-compound Sideskin construction. The range pairs a 27.5x2.3 with 29-inch casings in 2.3 and 2.4, tubeless ready or tubetype, with black or tan sidewalls. Claimed weights run from 750 to 1050 g.
