Rock and Road

Rock and Road was a recreational mountain-bike tyre in Hutchinson's catalogue, listed in a single size, 26x2.00 on a 559 mm rim. Its build was deliberately basic: a wire bead, a 33 TPI casing, a tubetype construction and black sidewalls, for a claimed weight of 915 g. It sat alongside the Rock small-wheel city tyres in the brand's entry-level offer and disappeared around 2020, when the 26, 27.5 and 29 inch leisure sizes were regrouped under the name Rock II.
