The Skeleton is Hutchinson's fast cross-country tyre, built around a low, closely spaced tread for hard-packed ground and race courses. Introduced towards 2019, it is catalogued only in 29 inches, in 2.15 and 2.3. The Racing Lab references pair a Hardskin reinforcement with the Race Ripost XC compound on a 66 TPI casing, at 680 and 690 g; a lighter 127 TPI tubeless-ready single-compound build of the 29x2.15 is listed at 580 g. All references use a folding bead and are designed to be run without an inner tube.
