The Squale was Hutchinson's enduro and downhill tyre, with tall, widely spaced knobs aimed at loose and wet ground. It was catalogued across 26, 27.5 and 29 inches in sections from 2.25 to 2.6, most references built on a doubled 2x66 TPI Hardskin casing with the Race Ripost Enduro or Race Ripost DH compound, the heaviest 26x2.60 reaching 1480 g. Lighter 66 TPI tubetype references in 2.30 were also listed, from 650 g. The model disappeared around 2020, its role taken over by the Griffus 2.4 and 2.5.
