Quill stem produced by ITM (Italmanubri) in the 1990s, in TIG-welded Nb-Va steel. Its gunmetal finish, reminiscent of titanium, and its very stiff construction made it a classic on Italian road bikes of the period. It took handlebars in the 26.0 mm Italian standard on a 1 inch threaded steerer (22.2 mm quill).
