KG86
Brand: Look
A historic and revolutionary frame: in 1986, the KG86 became the first mass-produced carbon frame to win the Tour de France, under Greg LeMond (La Vie Claire team). Its hybrid construction combines carbon (and Kevlar) tubes bonded into aluminium lugs, offering lightness, stiffness and comfort unheard of compared with the steel frames of the day. Complete bike under 9 kg. A genuine technological break, it opened the carbon era in the professional peloton. The carbon frames and forks were made at the time by TVT under the Look KG86 name.
