The Z150 was a single-crown freeride fork from the 2004 model year in Marzocchi's Bomber range, sold in three variants: Z150 FR, Z150 FR SL and Z150 DO (Drop Off). All Z150s offered 150 mm of travel and used an FR Monolite one-piece magnesium crown-and-lowers assembly with 32 mm stanchions and 20 mm QR20 Pro axle dropouts, which gives a front hub spacing of 110 mm instead of the standard 100 mm. The Z150 FR combined nitrided steel stanchions, dual coil springs and an HSCV open-bath cartridge with Marzocchi's ETA (Extension Travel Adjust) system, a travel-reduction device that locks the fork in a compressed position while still leaving 30 mm of travel for climbing. The fork took a 6-inch International Standard disc brake mount and accepted an optional integrated mudguard.
