Mud was Michelin's cyclo-cross tyre for soft, greasy ground, catalogued by the brand in 2012 alongside Jet, its counterpart for dry and hard terrain. One size only was offered, 30-622 for C-section rims, built with a folding bead and a 60 TPI casing for a weight of 335 g, used with an A2 inner tube between 2 and 5 bar. The tread pattern is specific to muddy surfaces, while the tyre still keeps rolling efficiency, low weight and comfort in view. It was listed in black alone.
