The Michelin Pro4 Comp sat one step above the standard Pro4 in the brand's 2012 road range, aimed at riders who put efficiency first. It is built on a lightened 150 TPI casing: the reduced deformation of the carcass while rolling is meant to limit energy losses. Wider shoulder rubber works on cornering grip, and a high-density nylon breaker protects the tread. A single size was catalogued, a folding-bead 23-622 weighing 180 g and rated from 6 to 8 bar, offered in red, blue or black.
