New Success
Brand: Sachs
Top-tier crankset from the Sachs New Success groupset, Fichtel & Sachs's flagship road groupset launched in 1987. The first crank arms, chrome-plated, were made by the German subcontractor Thun; from 1991, following the tie-up between Sachs and Campagnolo, the crankset became a rebadged version of Campagnolo cranks (Athena, then Chorus). Produced until around 1995, shortly before SRAM bought Sachs's bicycle division in 1997.
