BL-R780

The BL-R780 is a flat-bar road brake lever that Shimano lists outside its named groupsets. It carries the mode-switching cable hook shared with the BL-4700, BL-4600 and BL-R3000: in the C/R position it gives the short road pull for caliper, cantilever and road mechanical disc brakes, in the V position the long pull for V-brakes. Shimano quotes 170 g a pair, a 22.2 mm clamp, aluminium lever and bracket, and reach adjustment.
