STEPS E5000 (DU-E5000)

The DU-E5000 was presented in 2018 as the entry-level STEPS motor for city and trekking use. It is one of the lightest units in the range at around 2.5 kg, with a measured torque of 40 Nm. Compact and quiet, it favours range and discretion on affordable urban bikes. It remains compatible with the E-TUBE ecosystem and with assistance up to 25 km/h. Its small size makes integration into elegant frames easier.
