STEPS E6100 (DU-E6100)

The DU-E6100 succeeded the E6000 in 2018 for mid-range urban and trekking use. Lighter than its predecessor at around 2.88 kg, it raises torque to 60 Nm for livelier pick-up in town. It keeps compatibility with the E-TUBE system and assistance up to 25 km/h. Its efficiency and its automatic shifting capability make it a safe bet for city and touring bikes. It shares the electronics of the 2018 generation of STEPS components.
