Front derailleur from the Deore XT M750 group, the first XT drawn around 9-speed Rapidfire M9 shifting. It clamps to the seat tube in 28.6, 31.8 or 34.9 mm on chainstay angles of 66 to 69 degrees, and Shimano offered it in both bottom-pull and top-route versions. It takes 22 teeth of difference between big and small ring, with at least 12 teeth between big and middle, on 47.5 or 50 mm chainlines. It pairs with the 44-32-22 FC-M751 triple chainset and the BB-ES70 Octalink bottom bracket; the dual-pull FD-M760 replaced it.
