The Super Mighty (Super Mighty Competition) was Sugino's top-tier road/track racing crankset of the 1980s, an up-market development of the Mighty line associated with NJS-grade racing use. It is a well-machined forged aluminium-alloy double crankset using a 144mm bolt circle diameter, with chainwheel components interchangeable with Campagnolo and Avocet. Available in 165, 170, 172.5 and 175mm arm lengths on an ISO square-taper spindle with English (9/16in x 20) pedal threads.
