Budget-friendly "extra light" road/touring rear derailleur. A slimmed-down evolution of the V Luxe: SunTour replaced the steel cable-clamp holder with an aluminium channel and trimmed the knuckles, cutting weight while keeping the famous slant-parallelogram shifting. Strong, cheap and reliable, many VX units still turn on the road decades later.
