The Flux Smart (T2900) is Tacx's entry-level direct-drive indoor trainer, announced in August 2016 and delivered from October 2016 in Europe at 799 €. It combines an electromagnetic brake with a physical 7 kg flywheel, for 1,500 W of maximum resistance and a simulated gradient of 10%. Compatible with ANT+ FE-C and Bluetooth Smart, it is controlled directly from training apps and broadcasts its power like a standard sensor. Its Edco MultiSys freehub body takes Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo cassettes alike.
