Cava Race is the light, fast casing of the Cava line from Ultradynamico, the small American brand whose tyres are made by Panaracer in Japan. The Cava tread is a fine diamond file, near-slick in 700x33 and a little more open in 700x42, and the Race build pairs it with a high-TPI supple casing, a Race compound and, in the maker's own words, zero sidewall protection. Sizes run 33-622, 42-622 and 48-584.
