Disc-brake, tubeless-compatible version of the 404 NSW, added to Zipp's line-up in autumn 2017. Freed of a brake track, the 58 mm rim carries its ABLC Sawtooth dimples right to the edge and widens to 19 mm internally, a figure optimised for 25 mm tyres; the rim bed uses internal ridges to lock the tyre beads, with valve and tape fitted at the factory. The Cognition Disc hubs use a Center Lock rotor interface and J-bend Sapim CX-Ray spokes, 24 front and rear. Zipp quotes 1,600 g per pair.
