Chris King
Chris King Precision Components is an American component manufacturer founded in 1976 by Chris King and based in Portland, Oregon, where its operations are gathered in a single factory. It makes headsets, hubs and bottom brackets, together with the angular-contact bearings they run on, and designs its parts to be dismantled and serviced rather than replaced. Among its best-known products are the NoThreadSet threadless headset, the R45 road hub and the ThreadFit T47 bottom bracket. The company is independent and has been a certified B Corporation since 2020.
