Pendix's first mid-drive motor, from the Zwickau company previously known for its rear hub-motor conversion kits, unveiled at Eurobike 2025. It is a 250 W nominal, 36 V unit producing 85 Nm and up to 320% assistance, with torque, cadence and speed sensors and five modes (ECO, TOUR, SMART, SPORT, ULTRA). Pendix rates it IP65 and aims it at urban, trekking and utility bikes, with app-based diagnostics and over-the-air updates.
