The Marathon E-Plus takes the puncture-proof idea of the Marathon Plus and rebuilds it for e-bikes. Its Smart DualGuard belt combines 4 mm of soft SmartGuard rubber with two layers of thin, hard-to-pierce RaceGuard fabric, which Schwalbe rates at the top of its own protection scale. The tread uses the Addix E compound on a 67 TPI casing with a wire bead and reflective stripe, and every size is cleared to E-50. It runs from 700x37C at 930 g to 700x55C at 1395 g, plus a 27.5x2.00.
