Marathon Efficiency

The Marathon Efficiency arrived in 2022 as the fast end of Schwalbe's Marathon range for trekking bikes and e-bikes. It borrows the 67 TPI Super Race casing used on the brand's quickest gravel and mountain bike tyres and adds a puncture layer to bring it up to Marathon standards. The wire-bead version uses the Addix Green compound with RaceGuard, from 700x35C at 530 g to 700x55C at 900 g; the folding tubeless-ready PRO version pairs Addix Race with V-Guard and weighs 575 g in 40 mm. All sizes carry the E-50 e-bike rating.
