The CR710 is Tektro's low-profile cantilever brake, the narrow-armed counterpart to the wide CR720, and a common original-equipment fitment on cyclocross bikes. It uses forged aluminium arms with dual micro-adjustable spring tension and an inline barrel adjuster, and takes the same adjustable 720.12 cartridge pads as the rest of the range. Tektro's fitting instructions specify drop-bar cantilever levers only, and dealers list it as set up for Shimano's Super SLR cable-pull ratio.
